Information on the

BERND WOLF extended warranty

In addition to statutory warranty rights, BERND WOLF GmbH provides a voluntary manufacturer's guarantee covering material and manufacturing defects.

By registering your piece of jewelry within 30 days of purchase, the guarantee period is extended from 2 years to a total of 3 years from the date of purchase.

The prerequisite for claiming the extended manufacturer's guarantee is the timely registration of the product within 30 days of purchase. 

The guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects that occur during normal use of the jewelry.

In the event of a warranty claim, BERND WOLF GmbH will repair the affected piece of jewelry, replace it, or provide an equivalent substitute.

Specifically excluded from the guarantee are:

  • normal signs of wear and age-related changes
  • damage caused by improper handling or care
  • damage caused by impact, shocks, tensile stress, or accidents
  • damage caused by contact with chemicals, cosmetics, cleaning agents, or other unsuitable substances
  • loss of jewelry or jewelry components
  • damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • damage caused by repairs or interventions by unauthorized third parties
  • wear-related deterioration of gold plating, silver plating, rhodium plating, or comparable wear parts.

To claim the manufacturer's guarantee, you will need your electronic proof of purchase as well as the confirmation of your product registration. Please have these documents ready or provide them to our customer service department upon request.

BERND WOLF GmbH reserves the right to inspect the jewelry before making a decision regarding the warranty claim.

If the product is not registered within the specified time, only statutory warranty rights shall apply.

Statutory warranty rights against BERND WOLF GmbH remain unaffected by this guarantee and can be exercised free of charge. 

The exercise of statutory warranty rights is not dependent on product registration.

This guarantee extension applies to countries within the EU.
