JOB PROFILE

• Direct point of contact for our BERND WOLF jewelers and private customers both domestically and internationally
• Taking orders over the phone
• Processing online orders and requests from our field sales team
• Assisting with data maintenance for our online shop
• Creating reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Maintaining customer data in our CRM system 
• Order monitoring, invoicing, and preparing orders for shipment
• Close collaboration with the jewelry production, shipping, accounting, and field sales departments

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• You are characterized by a friendly and courteous manner
• Your commercial training or comparable qualification provides the foundation for you to excel with us
• Good command of German and English for successful customer communication
• You have experience using Microsoft Excel and standard MS Office programs
• Your enjoyment of teamwork has always been one of your strengths
